Located a Hezar-Khal village, in he Kojoor district of Nowshahr, it is a quadrilateral construction adorned win brick inscriptions and decoration. It was built at the order of Malek Kayumars ebn-eBistoon, Estandar in 829 AH.

Located us the village of Seyyed Ali-Kia-Soltan , it is an octagonal construction crowned by an octagonal conical dome. A band of moqarnas (stalactite decoration) and blind arches adorn the building. This tower dates back to the 7' century AH.
